Cultivation
As with many plants from the Mediterranean Rosemary prefers well drained soil, low to medium levels of fertility and in full sun. It will not tolerate sitting wet over cold winter months. Trim back after flowering if necessary but do not cut back into old wood.

Rosemary has been used for centuries in medicine and cooking and is also a lovely addition to flower arrangements. The bees and butterflies love it.
