A lovely small spring flowering perennial.  It has amazingly fluffy leaves that apprear to be almost silver when young due to the fine silver grey hairs.  Beautiful purple, bell shaped flowers appear in early spring and can continue for some time.  But the interest continues with the attractive, fluffy seed head.  It really is a furry wee plant.
