Potentilla thurberi 'Monarch's Velvet'


Potentilla's are lovley low growing herbaceous perennials and Monarch's Velvet brings a splash of deep, velvety red flowers from late spring through summer months.  Flowers look well against the bright green, strawberry like foliage. Great for the front of a flower bed and loved by pollinators. Awarded the RHS Plants for Pollinators.

    Plant in full sun, will tolerate a little shade.  Moist but well drained soil.
