Geranium pyrenaicum 'Summer Snow'

Geranium pyrenaicum 'Summer Snow'

This is a great hardy geranium that flowers prolifically from spring through to late summer.  A clump forming, evergreen perennial with lobed green leaves and spray of tiny white flowers held above the foliage on lax stems.  We love it, especially in naturalistic planting and containers, growing through grasses

  • Common Name

Geranium 'Summer Snow', Mountain Cranesbill 'Summer Snow'

  • Height and Spread

    0.5m x 0.5m

  • Cultivation

This geranium will grow in most soil apart from waterlogged and will do well in either full sun or part shade.

Cut back when it starts to look a little sad in summer for a flush of fresh foliage and flowers

  • Additional Information

It has been awarded the RHS Pollinator Friendly Plant.

It's a great ground cover, looks lovely in informal, naturalistic planting with grasses, wildlife friendly gardens and large containers.
