Geranium macrorrhizum
Peter grew this originally from seed and it is turning out to be a favourite, ground cover Geranium. Geranium macrorrhizum isn't going to be the showiest of hardy geraniums but it does its job of covering the ground and supressing weeds brilliantly. It not only has small, interesing pink flowers but also beautifully scented leaves that take on lovely shades in the autumn. I have it in full sun and part shade and I am also trying it in dry shade which I expect it to do really well in. Not only loved by me but the bees too
