    They prefer moist, humus rich soil  that  doesn’t dry out. Can take full sun as long as it is damp soil.   Good plant for shadier spots, but it will flower better in semi shade rather than full shade.

    Great for wildlife. It  is known for attracting bees, beneficial insects and other pollinators. It has nectar/pollen rich flowers.  Both the leaves and foliage can be used in flower arrangements.  Looks lovely in the middle of a border, giving an airy height.  It can also look well in a large container provided it is well watered, kept moist but not wet.
