A fantastic addition to the woodland garden or shady area where the white flowers will lighten up the area for weeks. Foliage is deep green and deeply serrated but with quite broad lobes. Flower stems rise in early summer each with several flowers. Colour is white but a bluish hue may be seen on the lower surface.

Additional information
This delicate looking hardy perennial Anemone is quite similar to A. leveillei,the major difference being that leveillei has blue stamens and barbulata has beautiful pale cream with a green eye.
